How Provider Participation Works

The Elocin Network™

The Elocin Network operates as a shared-growth wellness ecosystem, designed to remove financial barriers for providers while ensuring sustainability, integrity, and aligned expansion of the Network.

Instead of traditional subscription-based provider tiers, we operate on a percentage-based revenue model, meaning providers contribute only when income is generated through the Network.

This structure prioritizes collaboration, accessibility, and long-term success for both providers and members.

Provider Entry & Monthly Membership

All providers begin with:

✔ $10 Monthly Provider Membership

• Maintains active provider status within the Network

• Supports platform upkeep, administration, and care coordination

• Includes access to the private provider community

• Keeps providers eligible for Network referrals and opportunities

There are no mandatory provider tier subscription fees required to participate.

Network Revenue Share Model

Instead of paying monthly tier fees, providers contribute a 20% revenue share on services that originate from The Elocin Network.

Network Percentage

20% of services stemming from the Network

This percentage applies only to income generated as a direct result of Network participation.

Revenue Share Applies To

• Network-referred clients

• Services included within Network memberships

• Sessions booked through Network scheduling systems

• Collaborative or bundled services offered under the Network

• Virtual or in-person services activated through Network access

Revenue Share Does NOT Apply To

• Existing private clients

• Clients sourced independently by the provider

• Services delivered entirely outside the Network ecosystem

Providers retain 100% ownership and income from their private practice outside of Network-generated services.

Provider Autonomy & Ethics

• All providers remain independent contractors
