Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Billing All memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. 2. Refund Policy Due to digital materials and scheduled services, all payments are final. 3. Session Expiration Telehealth and in-person sessions must be used within the billing cycle. 4. Cancellation Members may cancel anytime; access continues until the next billing date. 5. No-Show Policy Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited. 6. Service Disclaimer The Elocin Network™ provides holistic, emotional, spiritual, and herbal guidance. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. 7. Membership Upgrades/Downgrades Upgrades begin immediately; downgrades begin on the next billing cycle. 8. Confidentiality All member information and session details are kept fully confidential.
